Liza and Jonathan’s love story really starts with their desire to pursue the American dream.  Liza from the Dominican Republic and Jonathan from El Salvador, met on a blind date here in Boston.  It was love at first sight for Jonathan, for Liza it took a few more dates.  Jonathan especially, is a hopeless romantic wanting to dance the tango at his wedding (rose included) and he finally talked Liza into taking dance lessons before the wedding. He also surprised Liza with a custom designed aisle runner created especially for her by the Original Runner Company as she made her way to the altar in one of three dresses she had selected for the evening along with her absolutely stunning Badgley Mischka shoes.

For Liza, her wedding was all about fairy tale moments, from painstakingly selecting the perfect deckled edged wedding invitation, being transported to her ceremony in a gorgeous antique car, to adding butterflies to all of her beautiful floral arrangements.  We even created a one-of-a-kind escort card table where each guest’s name engraved on a crystal studded card, was hung by ribbons from a gorgeous metal tree.

An extra special moment occurred when Liza was walked down the aisle by her Grandfather Luis who flew in from the Dominican Republic.  Luis was truly the life of the party at the reception later in the evening.  His younger years may be behind him, but Grandpa could still get his groove on and he danced the night away on the custom white dance floor provided especially for Liza and Jonathan by the Boston Marriott in Quincy.

We wish Liza and Jonathan continued success as they pursue the American dream.  With a love like theirs, only the best will come their way.
